Congratulations! You have won an all-inclusive, free, one-way trip back to 18th century North America! Unfortunately, you will not be returning to the 21st century. However, you will be able to bring one person with you! This is kind of like Survivor, but with a historical twist! Where do you go, and who will you bring with you?

You have the choice of going to the 18th century:

Indian North America,
Spanish North America,
British North America, or
French North America.
You will not be able to change your identity and who you are. What aspects of your identity will be most important in your new home? Choose your companion carefully, recognizing the distinct challenges you'll be facing based on where you go. Are 21st-century skills and qualities going to be useful in the 18th century? Will a 21st-century mindset help or hinder your chances of survival? 

The original post should devote three meaty paragraphs (5-7 sentences) to address this question, and the reasoning for your decisions, based on the historical evaluation. This is NOT a research assignment. 

The original post should be organized in the following order:

P1 = Where you go, and why you choose that destination
P2 = Why you did not choose the other destinations
P3 = Who you brought and why?
You will need to google information about these topics to place yourself in the historical scene and be very detailed because this teacher is very picky about giving detail.
-Cultures of Colonial North America
-Diversifying British in North America
-Examine the Spanish, French and British colonies in North America, identify the ways these represent efforts to recreate the Old World in the New, and the ways these colonies were significantly different from the "parent" country.
-incorporate the Great Awakening and its significance
