Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats (SWOT) analysis is a crucial part of a strategic plan. The analysis is how a strategic plan can be seen as viable or not (Rushmer, 2018). The strengths and opportunities should be higher than the weaknesses and the threats. It serves to guide the management in laying the plan and what to expect in the course of the process.
