The concept of race developed from the ideological perspective of making a point reference to the Africana, the Indians, and the Europeans. In this context, the concern of inequalities and separateness defines the origin of race. The source of competition can be traced back to the era of European colonialism (Hobson & Caputi, 2018). The concept of race, the origin of race and how the ideology of race developed can be tied to the development of the chattel slavery based on the fact that human beings were viewed as a property that could be sold or inherited by other human people who perceived themselves as most influential.
