As the healthcare manager, first, you ought to set measures to prevent a breach and to respond to such breaches in case they occur. Security check should be made regularly and strictly. It also helps to set the mentality to the employees that privacy is paramount and the breach is not only unethical but also criminal. Asses all the vulnerabilities and loopholes, for instance, the mobile phones should be included in the security measures to ensure personal data is not shared via cell phones. The response to breaches should also cover even associates and partners.
